These are a selection of projects I gave creative direction on, including promo videos and product development. I did not design or create these pieces.
This promo vide announced the newest beer to the El Gordo portfolio. It organically reached over 32,000 followers and contributed to a 30% increase in guests the day of the event and led to selling out of the new product that day.
I directed this video to better our e-commerce position with one of our online retailers, Target. Our content health score went up by 10 points and we’ve seen a 10% increase in sales with Target online shoppers in our territories.
This is a small example of creative projects I directed and brought to market. I implemented PM software to better organize our process, managing to go from 5 yearly releases to 17 with a 95% return to market rate.
Hazy Snake was our biggest drop of 2022 and after selling better than projected, as well as studying the market needs in various territories, I worked with sales and production to launch a collection of 19.2 cans in 2023. The demand for this beer has brought the 12 pack to life and we are launching this 03/2024.
Seeing the lack of craft 19.2 cans in our territories and after meeting with C-Store and stadium buyers it became clear that we needed to launch 3 of our top products as 19.2 cans as to not miss sales in those markets. In less than a year we are seeing this category contributing to 10% of our overall profits with a projection of much more.
